In 1973 Torri Guarnizioni Industriali started to produce its first rubber gaskets after setting up in a small structure in the rural area of Capriolo.

It moved to its current plant in the craft area of the town in 1982 and then covered 2,000 square metres, to which a second adjacent industrial building was added in 2002 covering 1,500 square metres.

Today the company has a further expansion project planned which envisages the construction of a new building in which its own production capacity will be developed according to the innovative and patented system of joints for rigid PVC pipes: the Block Rieber System which represents the latest positive evolution of an activity which almost came about by chance, but which grew through the commitment, intuition and enthusiasm of its founder Severino Torri.
